Sharpening service claims

If for some reason you’re not happy with our sharpening service, we’ll perform it again and cover all costs of shipping and work.

We recommend that you inspect the parcel immediately upon receiving it. Please attach photos to any complaints as proof and send them to us along with a description at or call us on ‭+386 31 633 125‬.

Do not accept visibly damaged or open parcels.

You can make a claim if:

● products were damaged during delivery or you received an open parcel;
● you didn’t receive the same number of products as stated on receipt documents;
● delivered products are broken or destroyed; or if you received a wrong product.

Please inspect the knives when you receive the order. If you think something is not as it should be, please contact us immediately and we’ll find a solution together. We value your business and want to make sure you’re satisfied with our service.

Returns for purchased products

You have 30 days from receiving the products to return them, without having to specify the reasons for your decision. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless it was our fault or if you received damaged/wrong products. If you wish to return the product, email us to or call us on ‭+386 31 633 125‬. The option of returns does not apply to products that were made according to your specific instructions or were tailored to your requests.
Any purchased products must be returned undamaged in all of their original packaging and in unaltered quantity, unless the products were destroyed, received without packaging or their quantity changed through no fault of the buyer.
A refund or exchange of products is possible only after the products had been returned and collected by us.
