Your knives deserve some care and a new edge. Select the number of knives to be sharpened, prepare the parcel and hand it over to a courier. We’ll take care of everything else.

When placing an order online, you can send 3 to up to 15 knives for sharpening. Two-way shipping cost is €10 for EU27 countries (Slovenia excluded).

Upon placing an order, you will receive detailed packing instructions to prepare your knives for shipping. The package will be picked up by a GLS courier in 1-2 business days.

Minor repairs are included in our regular sharpening. For larger repairs, there is a surcharge - see our price list for detailed information.

We don't charge for repairs upfront. Place the order for the number of knives you want us to sharpen and repair (include the damaged blades in the count).

When we receive your knives, we will contact you before we start any repairs to inform you about the extent of damage and amount of surcharge. Once we receive your additional payment, we will proceed with repair(s) and ship the knives back to you.

Your knives are insured up to a value of 200 EUR in case of loss or damage during shipping. We chose GLS shipping company based on our experience and their references on speed and reliability.

Packages get lost very rarely these days. However, we recommend that you take a photo of your knives before shipping them. In this way, it will be much easier to submit the insurance claim in case of an unfortunate event.

If you are sending knives with a high value or a large number of knives, consider purchasing additional insurance for your package, as the value of the insurance premium is limited to 200 EUR.
